Australian born designer Wayne Cooper, launched the first fashion label ‘BRAVE’ in '1991'. In 1996, Wayne Cooper used his name to develop his signature label “WAYNE COOPER” which aimed primarily the younger demographic. Wayne Cooper was born at the intersection of style and technology. Only two years later, Wayne Cooper and his winter range gained international recognition at Osaka Collection in Japan. The most memorable event for him and his brand is in 2001 that Wayne made the first step into the New York Fashion Week by showing his exclusive Wayne Cooper collection. Since then, his brand ‘WAYNE COOPER’ completed the skyrocket to the top of Australian fashion and known as a youthful, sexy and contemporary label and BRAVE was almost replaced. Wayne Cooper put his all effort to develop his brand also influence in Australia fashion industry that finally were recognized. As a result of that, Wayne became a guest judge spot on cycle 3 of Australia’s Next Top Model in 2007. In 2010, Wayne Cooper cooperated with Myer to show his winter collection in the event that celebrates all things Australian across United States called G’Day LA and started to stock at Myer department store throughout Australia in 2012.
